In this work we present our Sensor Node Management Device (SNMD). This device is used in our WSN testbed to measure energy consumption of sensor nodes in a distributed fashion and handle management tasks. We sketch the architecture and e
lectrical specifications of our device and show evaluation results. Furthermore, we point out problems when doing distributed measurements and provide a first solution to the problems.
