After graduating from TH Karlsruhe in January 2008 I started to work at the Institute of Telematics in the research group of Prof. Zitterbart. During my studies I did an internship at Sun Labs, Menlo Park, CA, where I was part of the Sun SPOT development team. In the Young Investigator Group "CoMoGriP" led by Dr. Waldhorst I am investigating systems for resource sharing in MANETs. 2009 - 2010 I led a feasibility study for young scientists, which was funded by the 'Concept of the Future of the KIT' within the federal initiative for excellence. My research interests are
- estimating the energy demand of mobile devices at runtime
- energy-aware service selection in MANETs
- energy-efficiency in wireless sensor networks
